Inès Duckit is Communications Director France at Legrand Group, President of the Legrand Rainbow network, a speaker and an entrepreneur.

Born in Guatemala, adopted and raised in France, she has built a career at the crossroads of international law, marketing, communication and social transformation. After working with TF1, WPP, GrandVision and Legrand, she now develops a recognised voice on LGBTQIA+ issues in business, media and decision-making spaces.

As a visible trans woman in the professional world, Inès refuses to reduce her commitment to the word “inclusion”. For her, the issue is not to integrate people into already-written frameworks, but to transform the frameworks that exclude.

Her talks address work, health, parenting, employer branding, governance, social mobility and representation. She supports organisations that want to move beyond surface-level statements and build fairer, more lucid and more human environments.

Recognised as an LGBT+ Role Model Leader by L’Autre Cercle in 2023, then as a European LGBT+ Role Model Leader by the EPBN in 2026, she has spoken in several media outlets, including Le Monde, Le Parisien, Capital, TF1, France Inter, ou France Culture.

Her conviction: people should not be reduced to boxes, symbols or communication topics. They must be able to take their full place in the decisions, narratives and spaces that shape society.
